On signing up for an account, we will need to verify your eligibility as an investor by answering some questions.

Once you have been approved you will gain access to our Investment Platform. The Platform has a range of investments with varying timescales and returns. Select the return and length of time you wish to invest for and you will be able to view the investment memorandum.

Once you are happy to proceed you click the invest button and you will then be required to prove your identity via our third-party KYC and Anti Money Laundering provider. Simply answer a few questions and upload your I.D. documents to be verified.

Once verified you will have an escrow account opened for you and receive a payment request via our independent escrow account provider (Vaulltix). You can then send the amount you wish to invest, along with your Vida Capital Account number as a reference.

Once we have received confirmation from the escrow provider that your funds have been received a bond certificate will be issued and your investment will go live on your Platform Account. You can view your investments live by logging in 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Your returns will be paid to your nominated bank account yearly.
